Return Request Process

To initiate a return, you must send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond to your request within 2 business days with further instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing Time

Damaged or Defective Items

If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund. This includes items that have been used, opened, or are no longer in their original packaging. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to avoid any issues with final sale items.
